June 19, 2007 - ImmersiVision Interactive Technologies Inc. was awarded "Best of Show" award for it's iVision(TM) Player and it's entry showcasing the Whistler skiing experience. Another version of the player allows users to explore Whistler Village, many of the hotels and complimentary services and Blackcomb Mountain.
Robert Eberhard, President of ImmersiVision, is honored to receive this award from this International Association. Mr. Eberhard comments, "We have always felt confident that we had a technology that is unique and offers value to our customers. This award confirms that the iVision(TM) player is not only a fabulous sales tool for the tourism industry, but is a leader within the Virtual Reality Industry."
The author of Pyro Marketing, a book about marketing in today's media saturated world, Greg Stielstra recently commented; "Immersivision lets you take a walking tour around an entire resort. You can explore your room or the pool or even ski down a mountain and do it all seamlessly. It's pretty cool and a wonderful example of touching travelers with the match."
